This course aims to instruct participants on the core principles of the Systems Modeling Language (SysML), its practical implementation using MagicDraw/Cameo software, fundamental Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) simulation techniques, and established best practices within MBSE.

This training course will explain how to use SysML, the modeling language for systems engineering. You will particularly explore block diagrams for the structural modeling of complex systems. You will deepen your understanding of sequence diagrams, state diagrams, and activity diagrams for dynamic modeling. You will also learn to use specific SysML diagrams such as the requirements diagram and the parametric diagram, as well as the concept of allocation. We will also emphasize the importance of defining a modeling approach adapted to the company's context and the type of system to be studied. Hands-on practice will be conducted using the modeling tool Cameo Systems Modeler (MagicDraw) by NoMagic.

Objective:

This course assists System Engineering analysts and designers in efficiently gathering requirements and proceeding with the implementation of embedded software designs grounded in system specifications, leveraging UML 2 and SysML.
