Agile Project Management with Kanban Training Course

Enroll in this live, instructor-led training in Greece to gain proficiency in Agile project management through Kanban and Jira. Learners will be guided on implementing Kanban workflows, customizing Jira to suit organizational needs, conducting advanced searches, and generating reports to boost team productivity.

This instructor-led, live training session (available online or on-site) caters to participants at both beginner and advanced levels. The insights and tools provided enable attendees to apply these concepts in their daily tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.

Upon completing this training, participants will be equipped to:

• Boost the volume of work items completed within a specific timeframe.
• Shorten the duration required to finish work items.
• Enhance work predictability (offering more precise responses to 'When will it be finished?').
• Oversee flow metrics (such as throughput, lead time, work in progress, and work item age).
• Employ flow charts (including Cumulative Flow Diagrams, Lead Time Histograms, and Work Aging Charts).
• Apply statistical forecasting techniques, such as Monte Carlo simulations and Service Level Agreements.
• Systematically design a Kanban System using STATIK.
• Comprehend Little's Law, which elucidates the dynamics of value flow.

This two-day programme equips teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in an Agile environment by leveraging frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will acquire the skills to operate as effective Agile Teams, including creating and managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. The course places significant emphasis on clarifying the team's role within the ART, highlighting how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.

The training prepares teams for participation in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a specific focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completing the course also readies participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
