Participants will gain insights into operating as an Agile Team, managing backlogs, and effectively planning and executing iterations. The curriculum also highlights the team's position within the ART and focuses on collaborating, planning, executing, and driving continuous improvement alongside fellow teams.

The training equips teams to engage in a Program Increment (PI), covering both team-level and program-level events, with a strong emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to sit for the certification exam to earn their SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
