The curriculum covers JIRA projects, Confluence spaces, workflows, boards (Kanban & Scrum), planning and dependencies, the integration between Jira and Confluence, reporting, key fields and custom fields, issue types, as well as screens and filtering mechanisms.

This two-day programme equips teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in an Agile environment by leveraging frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will acquire the skills to operate as effective Agile Teams, including creating and managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. The course places significant emphasis on clarifying the team's role within the ART, highlighting how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.

The training prepares teams for participation in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a specific focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completing the course also readies participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
