This instructor-led, live training in Athens (online or on-site) is aimed at beginner to intermediate-level professionals who wish to gain a deeper understanding of Scrum and pass the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification exam.

The "Scrum for Advanced Scrum Masters + PSM II Preparation" training is aimed at experienced Scrum Masters who wish to expand their competencies, gain a deeper understanding of how Scrum works, and become true leaders in the agile approach. The course covers interpretation of the Scrum Guide consistent with Scrum.org’s vision, which is critical in the context of the PSM II exam. Participants acquire practical knowledge regarding complexity, the empirical approach, Scrum values, and the role of the Scrum Master as a leader. Additionally, the course prepares you for the PSM II exam, which is based on the latest version of the Scrum Guide.

Business analysis is the process of researching, understanding, and defining business needs to develop solutions that meet those needs. It is a key element in the change management process within an organization and the design of new business solutions. Business analysis aims to ensure that technological, procedural, or organizational solutions fulfill business goals and requirements. It plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of projects and changes within an organization by guaranteeing that the implemented solutions are accurate, feasible, and fully aligned with business requirements.

This two-day programme equips teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) to thrive in an Agile environment by leveraging frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Attendees will acquire the skills to operate as effective Agile Teams, including creating and managing backlogs, and successfully planning and executing iterations. The course places significant emphasis on clarifying the team's role within the ART, highlighting how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.

The training prepares teams for participation in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a specific focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completing the course also readies participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:
