This course is designed for:
Current Scrum Masters
Team leaders, project managers, and others acting as Agile team facilitators in SAFe® or enterprise Agile environments
Engineering and development managers responsible for Agile execution and coaching teams or teams of teams
Agile coaches
Agile program managers and aspiring Release Train Engineers

Apply SAFe® principles to facilitate, enable, and coach in multi-team settings
Construct high-performing teams and promote continuous improvement at both the team and program levels
Identify and address Agile and Scrum anti-patterns
Support the adoption of engineering best practices, DevOps, and Agile architecture
Utilize Kanban and flow principles to optimize team workflows
Facilitate program planning, execution, and the delivery of end-to-end system value

Requirements
Attendees of the SAFe® ASM course are strongly recommended to hold one of the following certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or have attended the SAFe Scrum Master Orientation as SAFe Practitioners (SPs).
