The curriculum also highlights the team's position within the ART and focuses on collaborating, planning, executing, and driving continuous improvement alongside fellow teams.

The training equips teams to engage in a Program Increment (PI), covering both team-level and program-level events, with a strong emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Upon completion, participants will be prepared to sit for the certification exam to earn their SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
