Requirements
To participate effectively in this course, participants should:
- Possess basic computer literacy and experience with a Windows-based computer environment
- Have basic experience working with email, web browsers, and standard office applications
- Have access to an active Microsoft 365 account with the applications used during the training (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Excel)
- Be able to log into their organisational Microsoft 365 environment before the training begins
- Bring a laptop or workstation with access to the required applications and stable internet connectivity (for virtual or hybrid delivery)
