This training is a practical introduction to applying Artificial Intelligence in Product Ownership and Product Management. It explores how AI can support decision-making, product discovery, validation, and delivery in modern organizations.
It helps participants understand how to leverage AI as a strategic partner — enhancing creativity, improving efficiency, and amplifying the impact of the Product Owner role. The training combines theory with hands-on experience using real AI tools and models.
Successfully completing the Professional Scrum Product Owner – AI Essentials (PSPO-AIE) training provides participants with the knowledge, skills, and certification voucher to earn the PSPO-AIE credential from Scrum.org.
