Module 1 – AIS for Functional Use in R/3 (2h)
- Survey of R/3 processes and data tables pertinent to audit activities.
- Collection of functional evidence via standard SAP GUI transactions.
Module 2 – Process-Oriented Access Management (2h)
- Designing roles and access controls utilizing PFCG and SU01.
- Using SU53 and SUIM for swift diagnostic analysis.
- Defining the RACI matrix per process and addressing "pragmatic" SoD concerns.
Session 2 (4h)
Module 3 – FI/CO with Focus on Control (2h)
- Configuration of OB52, tolerance limits, and accounting authorizations.
- Journal entry approval workflows and associated evidence generation.
- Tracking modifications to accounting master data and bank accounts.
Module 4 – MM/SD with Focus on Control (2h)
- MM: Purchase order release strategies, price adjustments, and condition records.
- SD: Credit limit management, pricing structures, and discount conditions.
- Documentation of evidence via change logs, system logs, and reports.

Module 5 – Logs and Operational Evidence (3h)
- Analyzing SM20 (object, user, timestamp) in functional contexts.

- Assessing transaction execution via STAD/ST03N.
- Exporting data (ALV/CSV/PDF) and compiling supporting annexes.

- Mini-project: Simulating the purchase and sales cycle with exception scenarios.

- Creating operational checklists and periodic control schedules.
- Best practices for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
