Course Characteristics and Objectives
The objective of this training is to understand agile product development based on the Scrum framework. During the course, you will learn about the roles, events, and artifacts of Scrum, as well as its other key elements. To reinforce the information and gain a deeper understanding of the agile approach, we have prepared exercises and simulations that will provide you with the knowledge needed to start organizing work in Scrum, how meetings should be conducted, how to create and manage requirements and schedules, and how to track progress. You will also learn what User Stories are, what Planning Poker is used for, what a burn-down chart offers, and how the Definition of Done is created. The training is based on the latest official Scrum Guide, published in November 2017.
For interested individuals, there is the option to purchase vouchers that will allow you to take the Professional Scrum Master I exam.
