Copilot Studio: Advanced Integration and Automation Training Course

This practical, interactive course acquaints participants with the concept of AI agents within Microsoft 365 Copilot and demonstrates how individuals can create their own simple agents without requiring any coding skills or extra tools.

Participants will investigate pre-built Microsoft agents, such as Researcher and Analyst, gain insight into how AI agents function within business environments, and acquire the skills to design and utilise their own agents through structured prompts and workflows in Copilot.

Focusing on real-world scenarios, the course empowers participants to automate repetitive tasks, boost productivity, and develop reusable AI assistants that can be effortlessly shared among team members.

Upon completion of the session, participants will have successfully constructed their own AI agent and will possess the ability to apply this methodology in their everyday professional activities.
