Course Outline
This programme empowers your team to further refine their influencing capabilities. It is specifically designed for team members who have already established foundational communication and influencing skills, either through prior development opportunities or formal training.
Requirements
Participants complete a 48-question online 360-degree survey, which captures their self-assessment alongside feedback from up to seven colleagues to provide insight into their current influencing behaviours. It is important to note that these responses are not anonymous. • The resulting report aligns with the Influencing Behaviour Model utilized throughout the programme and serves as a reference point revisited during the course.
